We have a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Size & Fit: Important Notice

We ship the exact size you order. We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues. Body measurements can vary due to personal health, weight changes, or other factors this is beyond our control.

Please double-check your measurements against our size chart before ordering. Size-related returns will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at teamfunliva@gmail.com.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at teamfunliva@gmail.com with photos or video. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a refund or free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

1. We do not accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart before ordering)
Change of mind
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Personal care or hygiene goods
Return Shipping

Our products ship from China. If your return is approved, all international return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international shipments.

2. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your item (once approved) and place a new separate order.

3. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
